At A7X World, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt until your return is fully processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
